Fakta Neljän CD:n kokoelma. Britannian tunnetuimman naisrap-yhtyeen ensimmäinen uraa kokoava julkaisu. Mukana ovat molemmat albumit, ”Born This Way” ja ”Fade To Black”, sekä kaikki singlet. Lisäksi runsaasti remixejä, joista 20 julkaistaan CD-muodossa ensimmäistä kertaa. Molemmat jäsenet, Cookie Pryce ja Susan Banfield, ovat antaneet yksinomaiset haastattelut levynkansen tekstiin ja avanneet valokuva-arkistonsa, josta löytyy runsaasti harvinaisia kuvia. Levy 1 sisältää ”Born This Way” -kappaleen sekä Cookie Crew’n ensimmäisen levytyksen, kun he liittyivät Beatmastersin hittisinkkuun ”Rok Da House”. Mukana on myös singlen remix, jota ei ole aiemmin saatu CD-muodossa. Levyllä kuullaan myös yhtyeen omalla nimellä julkaistu esikoissinkku ”Females”. Levy 2 sisältää ”Fade To Black” -albumin sekä bonusraidat. Levy 3 koostuu remixeistä, joista kahdeksan on julkaistu CD-muodossa ensimmäistä kertaa. Levy 4 koostuu remixeistä, joista yksitoista ei ole aiemmin julkaistu missään muodossa.
