Fakta The biggest selling UK single of all time, Queens Bohemian Rhapsody is widely regarded as one of the most groundbreaking records in rock history.

Taken from Queen's 1975 masterpiece LP, A Night At The Opera, Bohemian Rhapsody was the albums centrepiece. It defied all convention, combining elements of opera, vaudeville, and rock into a single six minute epic, which Queen released as a single in full, without any edit.

Written by singer Freddie Mercury, Bohemian Rhapsody topped the UK Singles Chart for nine weeks on its original release, then again for another five weeks following Mercury’s tragic death in 1991, and again reaching Number 2 in the charts after it appeared in the 1992 film, Wayne’s World.
